South Portage Cottage

Our South Portage project on Lake of Bays, incorporates coastal design elements with dark rich blues, natural stone, and wood accents creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. By using hints of coastal design, such as light and airy color palettes, natural textures, and nautical-inspired decor, the space can evoke a sense of tranquility and connection to the surrounding lake environment. Dark rich blues are incorporated through millwork and furniture pieces, adding depth and sophistication to the overall design. Natural stone is used for fireplace surrounds and flooring, bringing a touch of rustic elegance. Wood accents, including accent millwork, wood ceilings and floors add warmth and a sense of natural beauty to the space. By combining these elements, the interior design project on Lake of Bays achieves a harmonious blend of coastal aesthetics and cozy comfort.
